Since COVID, a single recommendation is invaluable to small businesses. Visa needed a way to promote these recommendations to as many Canadians as possible. The solution – Visa creates The Most Valuable Hashtag for Small Businesses. Phrased as #MySmallBizReco, every small business recommendation that used this hashtag, would be amplified to the community at large with targeted online video, digital OOH and even lawn signs.

We recruited Dan Levy to be the spokesperson for the campaign and garnered tens of thousands of recommendations in support.
